By accessing or using Family Pilot AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and agree to these terms on behalf of your family.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.

3. Connected Services

Family Pilot AI connects to third-party calendar and email providers (such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft Outlook) with your permission. You authorize us to access and process the data needed to provide scheduling features.

Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed events, scheduling errors, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
